The Cool Shield CRAC Extension is designed to be a highly effective, customizable and cost-effective solution for extending your cooling unit return up to the return plenum. Creating this direct connection allows the cooling unit to receive warmer air which provides significant benefits for your data center cooling.
The Ceiling Grid Vent System is designed to aggressively vent air from equipment rooms, closets or Data Centers . The unit easily installs in a standard 2’x2′ ceiling grid and uses nine, professional grade 120mm DC fans to aggressively, but quietly, vent up to an impressive 575 CFM of air. The fans are automated by using two independent temperature controllers with the first turning on one bank of fans at 80°F and the second controller turning the remaining fans on at 88°F.
Many data centers have invested in aisle containment solutions to increase their cooling efficiency. However, gaps in and around the server cabinets can seriously diminish the effectiveness of the containment. It is critical to properly seal any air pass through from the hot aisle to the cold aisle.
