The Frost-Byte cooler consists of a redundant matrix of high performance DC fans in an aluminum enclosure controlled by an intelligent thermostatic controller. Attached to or mounted underneath a grate or perforated tile; the Frost-Byte delivers cooling air where and when it is needed, and in the right amount.
Successful data center cooling is dependent on how effective airflow is distributed and supplied within. Frost-Byte is a line of intelligent active air movers that allows you to dynamically control cooling supply at the rack level. Frost-Byte eliminates hot spots by adaptively matching airflow to server demand, reducing server intake temperatures for one to three racks. Results are immediate. When powered on, Frost-Byte will sense and deliver the right amount of supply air to bring rack and keep server temperatures under control.
